You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return
Contact us at sales@cmsluton.co.uk to request a return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise determined by our support team.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. CMS LUTON LTD reserves the right to deny refunds for items not returned in their original, unopened condition, damaged during transit or other reasonable issue not stated here. If we deny your refund we will contact you to inform you about the reason and to discuss your options.
Damaged Items
Inspect your order upon arrival and report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom mixed paint, custom aerosols, and tinned paints are non-returnable as they are custom-made for your order.
Refunds
We’ll inform you once we’ve inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary by bank or credit card issuer.
